Copacabana (6-night stay)
We'll base ourselves at a 5* hotel in the heart of Copacabana. Here you can enjoy spacious and comfortable rooms as well as a gorgeous rooftop area overlooking the beach.




Cabo Frio (2-night stay)
We'll escape to buzz of the city for a few days to stay at a boutique hotel in Cabo Frio - a town coined as "The Caribbean of Brazil" for its turquoise blue waters and untouched beaches, just 2.5 hours outside of the city.
(In this accommodation everyone will have a solo room)
Itinerary

Day 1
Welcome To Rio!
Arrive in Rio and check into our hotel on Copacabana beach.
We’ll gather for a welcome meeting to get to know each other and discuss all the need-to-know information for the trip, before enjoying a group dinner.

Day 4
Nature Jeep Tour & Caipirinha + Samba Class
Enjoy a slow start to the morning with free time to explore.
In the afternoon, we’ll venture into the lush green landscapes of Tijuca National Park on a jeep tour adventuring through one of the world’s largest urban forests.
As the evening begins, we’ll turn up the energy with a Caipirinha-making session and a samba class.

Day 7
Cabo Frio & Sunset at Arpoador
Enjoy one last relaxing morning in Cabo Frio before we make our way back to Rio.
In the evening, we’ll gather at Arpoador Rock to watch the sunset from Ipanema Beach.

Day 2
Rio's best markets
Wake up to your first full day in Rio and dive straight into its buzzing markets. We’ll explore Ipanema’s famous Hippie Market and the foodie paradise of Feira da Glória, where you can sample local dishes, buy trinkets and clothes and of course, listen to live Samba music.

Day 5
Christ The Redeemer &
"The Caribbean of Brazil"
Riding the scenic train through the forest we'll visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer.
In the afternoon we’ll leave the city and travel to the beautiful coastal region of Arraial do Cabo/Cabo Frio.
Meals included: Breakfast

Day 8
Little Africa Tour & Cooking Class
Step into the roots of Rio on a guided walking tour of Little Africa learning about Afro-Brazilian history.
In the evening, we’ll come together for our final activity: a Brazilian cooking class!

Day 3
Sunrise views, Selaron & Samba
We’ll start the day early with a sunrise visit to one of Rio’s most beautiful viewpoints.
After breakfast we'll be heading to the famous Selarón Steps, followed by a trip to the iconic Havaianas store in Ipanema.
We’ll regroup for a night at Pedra do Sal, where music and dancing fills the streets.

Day 6
Boat Trip & Sunset Buggy Tour
Wake up in the beautiful beach town of Cabo Frio and enjoy breakfast before heading out on a boat trip! We’ll stop at several stunning spots where you can enjoy the clear turquoise waters.
In the late afternoon, we’ll explore the town on a buggy tour, discovering the coastal landscapes before ending the day watching an unforgettable sunset.

Day 9
Até Mais, Rio!
We'll have our last breakfast together before we say our goodbyes.

FAQ
Which Airport should I fly into? Book your flight to Rio de Janeiro (GIG - Galeão International Airport). Our welcome meeting and dinner will start at 7PM, so we recommend arriving by 3PM.
Will there be downtime? Yes! While the itinerary is packed with incredible experiences, there will also be time to relax, explore independently, or enjoy Rio at your own pace.
What sort of room types will be available? You will have the option of a shared room (sharing with one other group participant) or a solo room (just you).
Do I need travel insurance? Yes, travel insurance is required for this trip and must cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and travel disruption.
What are the payment options? A deposit is required to secure your spot and then you have the option to pay in full or use the payment plan with monthly instalments split over 7 months (April - October).
